What is estradiol
Estradiol, as a medical preparation, is prescribed to patients who have estrogenic insufficiency, like menopause. Estradiol is produced in the form of gel, plaster, drops (dragee), tablets, and solution for injection. Estradiol is also prescribed for precautions of osteoporosis (osteopenia) and cardiovascular disease women may have at the beginning of menopause (climacteric) period. Girls who have slowed pubescence are recommended to buy Estradiol as well. Estradiol can be also used when having weak generic activity, biliary cirrhosis of first type, hirsutism, conditional cyst of ovary, and conditional hyperammoniemia. Estradiol can be used for treating special or extraordinary contraceptive by taking just after sexual intercourse. In edition, Estradiol, as a palliative therapy, is prescribed to women and men who have breast cancer and/or carcinoma of prostatic gland. Estradiol tablets should be taken 1-2 mg a day through three weeks for treating estrogenic insufficiency, after what, one week break, with subsequent recovery of preparation, consultation must follow. In this case, the patient should take Estradiol up to half a year, then go for examination. The patient should begin taking Estradiol on the fifth day of menstrual cycle or either of woman menopause days. Patients who have breast cancer are recommended to take the preparation by 10 mg of dosage three times a day. This procedure
must last at least three months. Patients with prostatic gland cancer must take 1-2 mg of Estradiol three times a day. As a prophylaxis treatment to osteopsathyrosis, Estradiol must be taken dosage of 0.5 mg once a day through 23 days, after what five-day break should follow.
