You spend the whole day sitting at a computer? Like to sit on the sofa in front of a TV cracking crisps and sipping Coke? You do not even remember when you went for a walk last? Most of us lead sedentary life and consume junk food, which results in excess weight. Thus how to get slim?
Obesity has become a serious problem for the inhabitants of developed countries. Excess weight may cause serious illnesses. Sometimes it is enough to lose weight to recover from or to prevent developing them. But first you must determine whether you indeed have excess weight or just strive for supermodel proportions. Remember that your optimal weight depends on you individual peculiarities and physical condition. So, be adequate about your weight. Obesity is mainly caused by metabolic derangements. You get more calories than you are able to burn. But it is just a consequence of the following factors: improper feeding; lack of physical activity; wrong life style; inadequate reaction to stressful situations; too long sleep, sleep in day time; using hormonal medications.
